This policy explains how Valeris Group Private Limited (“Valeris”, “we”) processes personal data submitted through www.valeris.co.in. Last updated: 23 September 2026.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Data you enter in the contact form: first and last name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Technical data sent with the form: page address, referring page, language, device type, browser (user agent) and campaign parameters (UTM), if present in the link.
- Data you send us directly by email or phone.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for users in India, the consent you give by submitting the form (DPDP Act 2023).
- To keep a record of business contacts and to establish or defend legal claims — our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number we cannot reply. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
4. Who receives the data
Our team in Poland and India, and service providers who process data on our behalf: Google (form handling and storage in Google Workspace), Microsoft (email) and Vercel (website hosting). Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area; they rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Valeris is based in India, so your enquiry is handled by our team there.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. If we start working together, data is kept for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to yaal@valeris.co.in. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO); in India, the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It does not store any data in your browser.
