Before you sign a contract or send a first payment, we check your Indian supplier in person: company records, reputation and an on-site visit to the factory. You get a written report and a clear recommendation — based on what we saw, not on what the supplier told you.
What we check
- Reputation, market standing and company history
- Registration data — whether the company is genuinely operating
- Local business intelligence and on-the-ground sources
- Direct contact with the manufacturer
- An on-site visit to confirm production is real
- A simplified audit: production scale, organisation and basic standards
What you receive
A written report, in English or Polish, covering:
- Company identity and registration status
- Reputation, market standing and history
- On-site findings: production scale, organisation, basic standards
- The key commercial and operational risks we identified
- Our recommendation and suggested next steps
How it works
Tell us about the supplier
Company name, location, what you plan to buy and the expected order size.
Scope and quote
We confirm what we will check, the timeline and the price before any work starts.
Checks and site visit
We check records and reputation, then visit the factory in person.
Report and debrief
You receive the report and we walk you through the findings.
Where we work
Our team is based in Maharashtra (Mumbai and Pune region), so suppliers there can be visited quickly. If your supplier is in another Indian state, mention it in your enquiry — we will tell you honestly whether and how we can cover it.
From verification to shipment
Verification by Valeris, logistics by our partner Polfrost — support from the first supplier check to the delivered shipment.
